Leaving A Good Impression

Isn't It Funny That We Would Automatically Start Introducing Ourselves by Our Name and Origin? 

More than just to inform people on what to call you, it would actually provide great knowledge to attentive people. Helping people to create a common understanding, or something to relate to. Not to mention, allowing our personalities be deciphered differently to each receiver. 

"My name is Nurul Husna binti Abdul Halim and I came from Penang" 

To some people, I can cook laksa very well, but to another, I might talk/nag/gossip a lot. I might have the same name as a pop star and possibly resemble one(?) Maybe I am a gold digger and devoted to tourism at some point of my life.

While most of the above sounds intriguing and scandalous even, in the end, you know you cant really depend on vague guesses because you know that none of them could actually be true. The receiver would talk further for conformation or leave it at that. Uninterested. Proving that simply introducing name and origin wouldn't leave as much punch as needed to.

Thanks to this new subject (Internet Technology for Language) I'm taking, I am back on this platform with fluffy dry sponges ready to absorb new knowledge that I would possibly devote my whole semester to (Possibly my whole life as well). 

It has occurred to me in the first class, that this platform is highly useful for my personal goals and interest. Hoping that I would be able to maintain my weekly momentum to the next years in utilizing technology to the fullest of my ability.

And so, to leave an impact on my self introduction,
